How do I book/pay the young person I hired?

You can pay the young person hired through a credit/debit card transaction or through open banking.
We use third party FCA-regulated payment providers to manage all of our payments. All personal and account information is secure and encrypted. Our principal provider is DSS Level 1 Compliant. This is a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard which demonstrates that it is safe to conduct payments with credit and debit cards. Level 1 is the highest certificate available.
Click the "Book now" button on the relevant listing. You will be asked to enter task-specific information and payment card details at this point. If you decide to cancel before the session takes place, no problem: any payments can be refunded if the session does not go ahead - subject to our cancellation policy.
Once the task is complete, please remember to provide a review too - it's a great way for young people to build their reputation on the platform and add to their CV.
