How do I book/pay the young person I hired?

You can pay the young person hired through a credit/debit card transaction or through open banking. We use third party FCA-regulated payment providers to manage all of our payments. All personal and account information is secure and encrypted.
Click the "Book now" button on the relevant listing. You will be asked to enter task-specific information and payment card details at this point. If you decide to cancel before the session takes place, no problem: any payments can be refunded if the session does not go ahead - subject to our cancellation policy.
Once the task is complete, please remember to provide a review too - it's a great way for young people to build their reputation on the platform and add to their CV.
