MyPocketSkill is a platform which enables households and businesses to hire talented young people between the ages of 13-22. Connecting to young people typically occurs in 3 stages:
1. Sign-up to create a request and find someone
Describe your needs in a listing to receive messages from keen young people available to help. Alternatively, you can browse the platform for yourself to discover young people that might be suited to your needs.
2. Organise your session
Book times/dates to suit your availability. Where appropriate, many young people offer the convenience of online. If the session is online, you’ll be sent a virtual meeting link (usually Zoom or Google meet) that you’ll be able to join.
3. Complete your session
After you’ve booked, you can keep up communication through messages on the platform. MyPocketSkill deals with payment and reviews. We support you to ensure all goes smoothly.
