The site is currently free to join and it’s also free to place listings. We try to keep our service as affordable as possible but we do need to charge to cover the costs of running the platform. Services can be purchased on either a pay-as-you-go basis or, for some services, we also offer a monthly subscription, which can be cancelled at any time with a month's notice.
On top of the prices that young people charge on the site we need to add fees to cover VAT (as we are a VAT-registered organisation) and the costs of running the platform. In total this adds 24% to the price of a booking. You can also download a VAT receipt from your bookings screen.
