What precautions does MyPocketSkill take to keep young people safe on the platform?

On our platform we take the safety of young people extremely seriously. We implement safeguarding measures through our Community Guidelines and our Safety and Trust approach.
Some of the practical ways in which we ensure safeguarding practices are adhered to throughout the site, include:
- Content and communication on our platform is moderated by humans (not algorithms or robots).
- Young people under 18 need a parent’s profile linked to theirs to use the platform, which means parents and carers are actively involved in what their child is doing on the platform.
- We use stringent verification measures to verify the identity of all users on the platform, with more in depth verification undertaken for in person tasks.
- Users are able to report any inappropriate behaviour or content on the site.
