How can I monitor my child’s safety through the platform?

When joining the platform your child (if under 18) will be required to connect a parent’s profile to their account, in order to complete sign up and add a bank account. By having a parental profile connected to your child’s account, you will be able to read their conversations on the platform and monitor any bookings.


For any in-person tasks, such as babysitting and pet sitting, we also highly recommend setting up a quick introductory Zoom call between you, your child and the client, so that you all feel comfortable with the task going ahead. For security purposes emergency numbers can be exchanged for in-person tasks, however all communication between your child and the client must still remain on the platform.
