How do I share documents and photos with customers?

MyPocketSkill enables users to attach a file to our online messaging system. We do not recommend that you share any confidential or personal contact information through our messaging system, as part of our Safety & Trust policy, to ensure that users' privacy is safeguarded. Also, messages and uploaded files are subject to site moderation and are deleted regularly in-line with our data retention policies.
Where a file is particularly large (e.g. >10mb) or there are multiple files which can't easily be zipped up, then we recommend that you upload the file/s onto cloud storage, such as Google Drive and then share a link to the file or folder.
