How do I set up an online meeting / video call?

MyPocketSkill has its own video meeting facility on the platform, Meet.MyPocketSkill. This is now live and mandated for video calls on the platform, including social media/digital and tutoring bookings. For conversations where a video call is eligible, young people and prospective customers will see a video icon in their chat screen where you can start or schedule a meeting using MyPocketSkill's own video meeting service.

Please note that there are no free trials on our platform, however for tasks such as: social media and IT/digital design, it may be useful to have a short introductory virtual call to discuss the task before booking.

When setting up meetings please remember to avoid sharing any personal information (like email addresses), instead share meeting links through our messaging systems on the platform.
