Account is blocked / can't login or communicate

If you are having problems signing in to an existing account then you can use the forgot password link to reset your password and login in. Please note that sometimes the email notifications, including password resets, go into spam/junk folders.
If you have an existing account that you've been using which suddenly seems blocked there are generally two explanations:
1. Multiple accounts. We find that sometimes customers register with one email address and then try and sign-in/sign-up with another one. Because we only allow a phone number to be used once, this can mean a second account is stuck part-way through signup. When this happens, we recommend the following steps:
- Make sure that you are logged out

- Login to your original MyPocketSkill again https://www.mypocketskill.com/accounts/login
(make sure you click the green login button when you have entered
your email address and password, NOT the sign-up button at the bottom)
This should then bring you back to your original account. You can continue normally on the platform.
2. Blocked by moderation. Because we work with young people our platform is heavily moderated by bots and humans. If we detect activities that contravene our Community Guidelines (e.g. sharing personal details, other online accounts and websites or unsuitable language) then this might trigger an account to be temporarily or permanently suspended.
