How do I share access to business’ social media accounts with a young person?

In general, for social media and digital tasks, we recommend that you use social media business accounts within the relevant platform, to grant limited role-based access to accounts e.g. for posting social media content. For example, the Meta Business Suite (for Facebook and Insta) allows owners to add and revoke access, based on roles (e.g. to create, manage or delete posts & stories). If this relates to other types of accounts, then we would advise against providing full access to any data/content that could potentially be lost, unless you have contingencies in place (back up copies, new temporary versions etc.).
